We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Recruiter to lead senior and executivelevel hiring across global markets. This role partners directly with Csuite leaders, senior stakeholders, and business heads to deliver toptier leadership talent. The ideal candidate brings strong international hiring experience across the USA, China, the Middle East, and Europe, along with deep expertise in sourcing tools, platforms, and modern search techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search & Global Talent Acquisition
- Lead endtoend recruitment for senior leadership and executive roles across multiple international regions.
- Develop global search strategies, including market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor insights.
- Build and maintain pipelines of highcaliber leadership talent across the USA, China, Middle East, and Europe.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Csuite executives, HRBPs, and senior business leaders to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Provide strategic guidance on global talent trends, market availability, and hiring best practices.
- Influence decisionmaking through datadriven insights and strong business acumen.
Candidate Engagement & Assessment
- Identify, approach, and engage senior and executivelevel talent across global markets.
- Conduct competencybased interviews and evaluate leadership capabilities.
- Ensure a premium, hightouch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Executive Search & Sourcing Excellence
- Leverage advanced sourcing tools, platforms, and technologies to identify top talent.
- Navigate platform limitations, marketspecific challenges, and competitive talent landscapes with creativity and persistence.
- Apply innovative search techniques to reach passive and niche leadership talent.
Selection, Negotiation & Offer Management
- Present curated shortlists with detailed assessments and recommendations.
- Coordinate leadership assessments, panel interviews, and executive evaluations.
- Partner with HR and Compensation teams to structure competitive global offers and close senior hires.
Process, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in the ATS.
- Track and report global hiring metrics, insights, and market intelligence.
- Confidentiality for the critical strategic projects
- Continuously refine executive search processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in executive recruitment, ideally with global exposure.
- Proven success hiring senior leaders across the USA, China, Middle East, and Europe.
- Strong command of sourcing tools, platforms, and modern search methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple highpriority searches in a fastpaced, multinational environment.
