Role Description

The Executive Recruiter (Real Estate Brokerage) will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent in alignment with organizational needs. Daily tasks include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, promoting employer branding, and ensuring an effective onboarding process for newly hired team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, talent acquisition techniques, and recruitment tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant recruitment platforms.
• Understanding of the real estate industry or previous experience in real estate brokerage recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate in a team environment with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
