Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the full cycle of Executive Search projects, from the initial briefing with HRD/CEO to successful candidate onboarding.
  • Develop search strategies and conduct market mapping: analyze target companies, prepare long and short lists.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate managerial competencies and leadership potential.
  • Prepare analytical reports and market mapping documents.
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders at senior levels, present candidates, and provide project updates.
  • Work across international markets (Middle East, Europe, Asia) and build strong professional networks.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Executive Search / Direct Search / Headhunting.
  • Overall recruitment experience of 10+ years.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment projects independently.
  • Proven track record of filling executive-level roles (CEO, CFO, GM, Directors).
  • International recruitment experience is essential; Middle East market knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Experience assessing leadership competencies; familiarity with Hogan Assessment or similar tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at the C-suite level.
  • Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken).
