Role Description

The Executive Search Consultant is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on leading senior-level and niche searches by partnering closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear candidate profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating talent using MyHiringSpace and Atlas, conducting structured interviews, and presenting qualified shortlists with detailed reasoning. The Executive Search Consultant will manage candidate pipelines, ensure a consistent and fair assessment process, and provide consultative guidance to clients on market insights, hiring strategy, and candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, preparing search reports, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve search workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to build trust with clients and candidates and convey complex information clearly.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Consulting skills to assess senior talent, advise stakeholders, and shape search strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver responsive, high-quality support and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prior experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting, preferably in the Gulf region or similar markets.
• Ability to work with AI-driven hiring tools and talent platforms; comfort interpreting data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
