Executive Search Recruiter

We are looking for a proper headhunter (10+ Years experience) who will work directly with a VP Talent Acquisition on senior and specialist hiring across all functions.

You must be able to:

• Map markets properly
• Find candidates others cannot
• Build interest from a cold start
• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Manage senior candidates through to close
• Run a highly organised, systematic desk
• Keep every search, follow-up and pipeline under control
• Use AI properly across research, sourcing and outreach
• Own the hiring process with meticulous organization and consistency.

This is not a job-board / advert response role. Calling an agency for help isn't in your vocabulary.

We need someone commercial minded, relentless in pursuit, credible with senior people and capable of closing difficult searches.
