Job Description

Job Summary

The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing confidential information, and ensuring the smooth operation of executive tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

o  Manage the CEO's calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

o  Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

o  Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

o  Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

o  Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

o  Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action points as required.

o  Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.

o  Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

o  Coordinate office operations and administrative functions to enhance efficiency.

o  Maintain a filing system for important documents and records.

o  Assist in event planning, business functions, and company meetings.

o  Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

o  Handle special projects and additional tasks as assigned by the CEO.

o  Coordinate with all the departments including China and Egypt team.

Must-have qualifications

· Experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, correspondence, and document preparation.

· Experience handling confidential executive information with discretion and professionalism.

·  Must be Arabic.
