Role Description The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive executive administrative assistance to senior leadership in a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. The role involves maintaining records, handling clerical tasks, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting company secretarial work such as meeting minutes and document filing. The Executive Secretary will also assist with visitor reception, respond to inquiries, and ensure professional customer service to partners and stakeholders. This position requires discretion, reliability, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction and real estate environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clerical skills, including document management, filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with executives, colleagues, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess experience in company secretarial work, such as preparing minutes, organizing board materials, and maintaining corporate records.
- Candidates should possess executive administrative assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Previous experience supporting executives in construction, real estate, or a similar industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial.
