Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle professional correspondence and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents in English.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized and confidential records and files.
  • Support executives with daily administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar executive support role.
  • Professional command of English (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools
