Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Executive Secretary to join our team at the company's headquarters in Riyadh.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or secretarial work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic, with good proficiency in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be based in Riyadh and fully available for full-time work.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong ability to organize meetings, prepare minutes, and handle official correspondence.
  • Skilled in scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating appointments with high accuracy.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize the executive's schedule and daily agenda.
  • Prepare, edit, and print official letters, reports, and documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and official visits.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
  • Monitor emails and prepare necessary responses and follow-ups.
