Executive Secretary-Employee Relations (Must have exp with working & reporting to CEO directly)

We are currently looking to hire an Office Secretary

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• CEO's Strategic Support: Orchestrate end-to-end schedule (travel, meetings, conferences), gate communications, represent CEO in select meetings, and deliver crisp meeting minutes.
• Document & Workflow Excellence: Draft CEO correspondence, manage sensitive documents (faxes, mail, checks), and support presentation/prep for hiring, approvals, and admin tasks.
• Office Operations: Maintain supplies inventory, ensure equipment functionality, and optimize admin policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with external partners and internal teams (Project, Procurement, Sales, Finance, HR) to streamline workflows.

Required Skills:

3+ years supporting C-suite/executives (tech or fast-paced industry preferred).

Must have an engineering degree
