Job Description

EgyBell is hiring an Executive Secretary for a well-known company located in Alexandria.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and edit documents such as letters, memos and emails.

Maintain calendars and schedules for assigned attorneys

Maintain, file and organize files as well as E-filling

Assist attorneys with incoming mail, email management, and office organization, as requested

Prepare and submit attorney expense reports

Prepare court documents, case citations, and other documents according to rules of required formatting

Additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.

Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
