Job title: Executive Secretary

Job Summary:
Hodaithy International Group is seeking for a professional and experienced Executive Secretary to provide direct support to senior executives and Board Members. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, high-level discretion, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Board Members or the Executive Director.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and executive correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare, draft, and format meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, and official documents with excellent accuracy and presentation.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of senior management.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Ensure smooth follow-up on action items, decisions, and executive directives.
- Organize files, documents, and records in a structured and efficient manner.
- The ability to prepare the hospitality and greeting welcoming to the visitors if there is an arranged meeting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Secretary working directly with Board Members or a Chief Executive Officer.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of executive level communication, professionalism, and decision-making dynamics.
- Advanced organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- High proficiency in drafting meeting minutes, formal correspondence, and professional documentation.
- Exceptional formatting and coordination skills.
- Based in the Eastern Province with a valid driving license.
- High level of honesty, trustworthiness, and commitment to confidentiality.
