Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Executive Secretary at MCB Bank Limited UAE. The Executive Secretary will manage administrative tasks, schedule meetings, maintain executive calendars, handle correspondence, and provide high-level support to senior executives. The role also involves preparing reports, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks within the executive's office.

Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills including document preparation, data organization, and filing
  • Excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in both written and verbal correspondence
  • Knowledge and experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance
  • Customer service skills to effectively handle interactions with stakeholders and clients
  • Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
