Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Secretary role based in El Maadi El Gadida. The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing documents, reports, and presentations. The role includes handling correspondence, drafting and formatting professional communications, and maintaining organized filing systems (both digital and physical). The Executive Secretary will coordinate internal and external meetings, support company secretarial documentation processes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. The position also involves greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and delivering professional customer service to internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, record keeping, and office organization.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Experience with company secretarial work, such as preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and official documentation, is preferred.
- Proven executive administrative assistance experience, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and comfort with digital tools and filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in engineering, construction, or consultancy environments is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in El Maadi El Gadida and support a fast-paced executive office environment.
