Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for an Executive Secretary / Procurement Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing clerical duties, providing executive administrative assistance, and handling company secretarial work. Additionally, the role involves procurement tasks, maintaining communication with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. Exceptional customer service skills will be critical to support interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Clerical skills and Company Secretarial Work experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in procurement tasks and vendor management
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience working in the architecture or interior design industry is a plus

Requirements

Applicant with the following details:

  • Should be able to work with minimal supervision, be discreet and capable of dealing with a high level of VIP clients.
  • Good experience in procurement work and details. dealing with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
  • You are an extremely proactive and &aposswitched on&apos person with an outgoing charismatic, and approachable character.
  • Provides secretarial and general office duties to upper-level management.
  • Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company&aposs senior- level manager.
  • Maintains work diary and schedules appointments and meetings.
  • Excellent filing, organizing, and maintaining experiences.
  • Updating and administering internal knowledge management system
  • Understanding of all admin processes and ability to guide staff to required documentation
  • Advise and assist staff on admin systems queries
  • Administrative support CRM initiatives
  • Frequently accesses and maintains highly confidential
