Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritizing conflicting demands.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential information and communications with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and facilitating communication.
- Oversee office logistics, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and ad-hoc tasks as required to support the CEO's strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure with a proactive mindset.
- Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and business etiquette is an advantage.
