Job Description

co11ab is Singapore's first biomedtech incubator located within Novena Health City. Established through a tripartite partnership between NTU, A.STAR and NHG, co11ab accelerates the translation of biomedical and healthcare innovations by connecting startups with clinicians, researchers, investors, industry partners and healthcare institutions. As a collaborative innovation hub, co11ab provides access to laboratories, makerspaces, clinical expertise, strategic partnerships and commercialisation opportunities, enabling startups to progress from concept and prototype development through clinical validation and market adoption. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Executive / Senior Executive (Ecosystem Operations & Engagement) is responsible for supporting community operations, member engagement and the delivery of ecosystem activities. The role coordinates programmes, outreach initiatives, marketing communications and day-to-day operational activities to deliver a seamless experience for members, partners and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:


Community & Member Engagement

  • Manage member onboarding, engagement and community-building activities.

  • Support the administration of the co11ab membership programme and member communications.

  • Build positive relationships with members, startups and ecosystem partners while gathering feedback to enhance member experience.

Ecosystem Operations

  • Coordinate ecosystem visits, delegations, stakeholder meetings and visitor management.

  • Maintain CRM, membership and engagement records.

  • Ensure operational readiness for meetings, programmes and community activities.

Programmes, Events & Outreach

  • Coordinate the delivery of programmes, workshops, networking events and outreach activities.

  • Liaise with internal teams, speakers, vendors and partners to ensure successful execution.

  • Support conferences, exhibitions, roadshows and other ecosystem engagement initiatives.


Marketing & Communications

  • Coordinate updates to the co11ab website, digital platforms and marketing collateral.

  • Support LinkedIn, newsletters and community communications using approved content.

  • Coordinate promotional materials and publicity for programmes and outreach activities.


Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate administrative and operational support for co11ab activities.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and operational processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, community engagement and member experience.

  • Undertake other duties assigned by the Deputy Director.


Success Indicators

  • High member and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Successful delivery of programmes and outreach activities.

  • Timely marketing communications and website updates.

  • Accurate membership and operational records.

  • Continuous improvements to community engagement and operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events Management or a related discipline.

  • 2â€4 years of relevant experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, programme coordination, events or operations.

  • Experience in an innovation hub, incubator, accelerator, healthcare, research or higher education environment is an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with startups, industry partners, government agencies and senior management. Strong communication skills are essential.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with CRM, website content management or event management platforms is advantageous.
