Job Purpose:
The Executive Telesales will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful property sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate offerings.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Client Engagement:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Sales Conversion:
- Schedule property viewings and assist clients in decision-making.
- Negotiate terms and close sales or lease deals.
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and new developments in the UAE real estate sector.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about properties and market conditions.
Reporting & Database Management:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and meet KPIs.
Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, and Skills Required:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or equivalent.
Work Experience:
- Must have 24 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales.
Skills required:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Highly motivated, a self-starter, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
