JOB PURPOSE
This role will support the Total Rewards function in delivering compensation and benefits processes with a focus on data accuracy, analysis, and governance. Contributes to budgeting, compensation cycles, and reporting by preparing and validating data, ensuring alignment with established frameworks, and enabling informed decision making, while building strong analytical capability within Total Rewards.
Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Basic understanding of compensation structures and HR frameworks is preferred.
Experience:
13 years of experience in HR, Compensation, Finance, or data-driven roles.
Exposure to HR data handling, reporting, or payroll is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare job offers and compensation documentation based on approved frameworks and salary structures, ensuring full accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
Consolidate, validate, and analyze compensation data for budgeting, rate cards, and reporting exercises.
Support in annual salary review, promotion, and bonus cycles by preparing data, validating eligibility, and assisting in documentation (letters, trackers, and presentations).
Provide data inputs and validation support for store and office staff cost exercises, ensuring alignment with approved structures and assumptions.
Assist in preparing and validating compensation data for salary surveys, including job matching and data accuracy checks.
Maintain and update benefits-related trackers (e.g., eligibility matrices), ensuring all policy updates and exceptions are accurately reflected
Support in data mapping, employee validation, and compensation documentation for newly acquired entities and new business setups
