Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Exhibition Space & Sponsorship Sales role based in Dubai. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective exhibitors and sponsors, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across relevant industries. Responsibilities include developing tailored sponsorship and exhibition space proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The role also requires maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align packages with event objectives, and providing ongoing support to sponsors and exhibitors before, during, and after events. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of Domus Group's event portfolio by continuously researching market trends and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions clearly and build long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should ideally have experience in exhibitions, conferences, or events, and familiarity with the regional business landscape.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
