As a leading creative brand experience agency, we operate at the intersection of exhibitions, events, digital solutions, and production. With exciting new projects across regional and global markets, we're looking for talented Account Managers to join our team.
This role is open to mid-level and senior professionals.
What You'll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships and exceeding client expectations.
- Project Coordination: Manage projects end-to-end from RFPs to post-event execution collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Event Execution: Oversee on-site events, tackle challenges in real time, and ensure every detail reflects client standards.
- Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Support the sales team with upsell opportunities, contribute to pre-sales meetings, and provide client insights.
- Reporting & Feedback: Deliver post-event reports and gather client feedback to continually improve project delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field.
- 510 years of account management experience in the exhibition and events industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
- Able and willing to travel frequently.
