The Exhibitions Associate (EA) is responsible for assisting the Central Services & Operations teams providing day-to-day support. The EA will manage assigned operations and administrative tasks as requested by the Central Services & Operations teams.
Key activities and responsibilities Office-based Activities
- Answering enquiries by email & telephone.
- Processing orders and raising invoices using our operating systems for support activities.
- Processing telecoms invoices and reconciling monthly bills.
- Ensuring medical insurance activation/deactivation for employees is completed efficiently.
- Take ownership of Employee communications for internal events and milestone anniversaries.
- General office administration.
Marketing Activities
- Assist with the promotion of events.
- Assist in the creation of social media and PR publications and campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing Team to implement key learnings across our non-paid social media strategy.
- Coordination of preferred supplier registrations and data management for official portals
Project Activities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
- Join show kick-off meetings, building relationships with all teams.
- Demonstrate product knowledge of all GES services to be able to actively support new business clients where applicable.
- Achieve a personal development plan to develop skills and capabilities.
Finance Activities
- Assist the finance manager/reporting manager with day-to-day activities
- Assist with supplier and customer accounting
