Expansion Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for Dark Store site selection, conducting on-site inspections, commercial district assessments and market research for new store locations within the designated area;

2.Develop territorial planning and store opening strategies based on local market characteristics and company expansion requirements;

3.Conduct commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and negotiations regarding fundamental engineering conditions for projects, while assessing risks and producing site selection reports;

4.Coordinate with internal upstream and downstream teams (engineering, operations) throughout the store opening process;

5.Oversee project signing, site handover, and opening procedures, demonstrating the capability to resolve diverse issues arising during pre-opening construction phases.

Job Requirements:

1.Experience: 5+ years of station selection and business expansion experience, with deep familiarity in site selection logic and establishment standards for dark stores/front distribution centers (FDCs).

2.Resource Advantage: Possess abundant premium property resources within the target areas, along with exceptional capability in building and maintaining long-term relationships with landlords and property owners.

3.Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated excellence in commercial negotiation and risk control, with the ability to independently and efficiently finalize rent pricing, contract clauses, and core technical/engineering conditions.

4.Teamwork: Strong team spirit and cross-functional coordination skills, capable of seamlessly connecting upstream and downstream teams (such as engineering and operations) to ensure timely project delivery.

5.Comprehensive Competency: Outstanding stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities, with the agility to effectively handle various unexpected issues during store preparation, site handover, and grand opening phases.
