Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Expansion Manager - Retail Outlets, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Expansion Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and strategizing the expansion of retail outlets. Day-to-day tasks include assessing market trends, identifying potential locations, managing negotiations, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking project progress. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth execution of expansion plans and achieving company goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills for market and data analysis
• Proficiency in Market Research and understanding consumer trends
• Excellent Communication skills, including presenting and collaborating across teams
• Proven ability in Team Management and leading cross-functional teams
• Knowledge and experience in Sales and business development
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant experience in retail expansion or business development is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
