About the Role:

This role will act as the strategic engine of the Expansion Department, driving alignment of all initiatives with Bosta's IPO roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Governance: Develop and maintain the Master Expansion Program Schedule; perform resource leveling across the three expansion Pods to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Financial Control: Monitor total CAPEX utilization; approve budget variances for individual sites; lead cost-optimization initiatives to lower the Cost-per-Parcel.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Expansion, Ops, and cross functions.
  • Standardization: Own the Bosta Expansion Playbook, ensuring every new site adheres to standardized SOPs for layout, branding, and tech integration

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within high-growth or fast-scaling businesses.
  • PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing high-value programs (multi-million EGP budgets).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
