We are looking for Expats Sales Team Leader to join one of the biggest companies in KSA in the Telecommunication sector.
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Requirements:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with a primary focus on Southeast Asia Customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads within the telecom sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
- Conduct regular field visits to the sales team to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Provide occasional training and knowledge transfer sessions to junior team members.
- Support onboarding of new sales team members when required.
- Conduct on-the-job field training for junior team members to enhance their sales and client management skills.
- Accompany team members on client visits to provide hands-on coaching and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates, Track KPIs and provide regular performance updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in telecom sales or a related industry.
- Proven experience handling international clients, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Experience in mentoring or training is a plus.
- Willingness to travel if required.
