Euro Mechanical is looking for an Expeditor to help ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to our projects. In this role, you will closely monitor orders, resolve delivery-related issues, and coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal stakeholders to keep our project schedules on track and our supply chain running smoothly.
Principal Responsibilities:
Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to track progress and address delays or issues.
Resolve vendor delivery and service-related problems, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
Maintain and update records of supplier communications, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with logistics, Quality Control, and project teams to align deliveries with project timelines and requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery delays or supply chain disruptions.
Provide feedback on supplier performance and contribute to vendor improvement initiatives.
Prepare and share periodic expediting status reports with relevant stakeholders.
Assist with Procurement related tasks (e.g. PR, POs, Goods-in etc), whenever required.
