Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Experienced Agents based in Cairo. The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, conducting client meetings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. Agents will handle property listings, coordinate viewings, negotiate offers, and prepare necessary documentation. Daily tasks include staying updated on market trends, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets. The position also includes supporting marketing efforts, attending site visits, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar client-facing sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the Cairo real estate market, pricing trends, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to handle diverse clients.
• Ability to manage multiple property listings, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, property listing platforms, and basic office software.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical business practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid real estate license or relevant certification, where applicable.
• Availability to work on-site in Cairo and attend client meetings and property visits as required.
