Job Title: Experienced Associate – Audit & Assurance

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Experienced Associate – Audit & Assurance to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As part of the Audit team, you will support audit engagements, work collaboratively with client-facing teams, and contribute to delivering high-quality audit services in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong communication and interaction skills with client-facing teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak audit periods
- Experience in report writing and review
- Strong data collection, compilation, and analysis skills
- Ability to prepare, organize, and validate data in required formats
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
- Understanding of audit tools, systems, and processes
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is preferred
Role Highlights:
- Support audit engagements and work closely with senior team members
- Collect, compile, and analyze financial and non-financial data
- Prepare working papers and assist in drafting audit reports
- Review completed work to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain records, logs, and documentation of audit activities
- Communicate progress and updates to senior team members
- Participate in training programs and continuously develop technical skills
- Build collaborative working relationships with internal teams and clients
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in external audit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to translate documents is an advantage
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
