Experienced Cold Callers (Remote Performance-Based)

About the Role:

Realty VAs is looking for 4 experienced Real Estate Cold Callers to join our growing team. If you're confident on the phone, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and know how to turn conversations into qualified leads, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a remote position with long-term growth opportunities for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners and prospects using provided scripts and systems.

• Build rapport and maintain professional conversations.

• Identify and qualify motivated sellers.

• Handle objections confidently and effectively.

• Accurately update CRM records after each conversation.

• Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate cold calling experience (required).

• Native or fluent English accent.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable handling objections and building rapport.

• Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

• Experience using real estate CRMs and dialers is preferred.
