Role Description The Experienced Dermatologist will provide comprehensive dermatological care, including diagnosing and treating a variety of skin and hair conditions for patients of all ages. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing clinical examinations and minor dermatologic procedures, prescribing appropriate therapies, and following up on treatment outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with other medical professionals on complex cases, and educating patients on prevention, skincare, and long-term management of dermatologic issues. The dermatologist is expected to stay current with advances in dermatology, follow clinical guidelines, and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards. This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed residency or specialist training in Dermatology.
• Valid license or eligibility for licensure to practice Dermatology in Dubai / UAE, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Extensive experience diagnosing and treating common and complex dermatologic conditions, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
• Proficiency in outpatient clinical work, dermatologic procedures (e.g., biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments), and use of dermatology-related equipment.
• Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain diagnoses, treatments, risks, and prevention strategies clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and continuing professional development.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
• Previous experience practicing dermatology in a clinic or hospital setting, preferably in a high-volume, diverse patient environment.
