What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
- Source and manage residential property listings in Abu Dhabi's secondary market
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Provide clients with market insights and property investment advice
- Keep client records and property listings updated using the company CRM
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market and community developments
What We're Looking For
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred. UAE market experience is an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and the secondary property market are preferred
- Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred
