What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow your existing client base of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market activity
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice
- Negotiate and close sales and rental deals
- Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Build your personal brand within the Dubai real estate market
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a real estate broker in Dubai
- Strong track record of transactions and client management
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- Fluent in English
