Job Summary
SY Capital Estates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard top-performing Property Consultants. The ideal candidate has a strong network within the UAE real estate industry and a proven ability to recruit high-caliber sales professionals who can contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard experienced Property Consultants and real estate professionals.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals, networking, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate sales performance, market knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with management and oversee the recruitment process through onboarding.
- Promote the company's brand and value proposition to attract top real estate talent.
- Build long-term relationships with industry professionals and passive candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
- Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and support business expansion.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate's experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in UAE real estate recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting Property Consultants or real estate sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and brokerage operations.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
