Property Simplified Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is not a lead qualification or appointment-setting role. We are looking for a strong prospector who can generate property inventory, build relationships with property owners, and secure signed Form A agreements for our brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to property owners across Dubai.
- Source and generate secondary market property inventory.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and investors.
- Obtain owner-approved listings and signed Form A agreements.
- Follow up consistently with property owners to identify selling opportunities.
- Update CRM records accurately and maintain detailed notes.
- Coordinate with sales brokers to ensure listings are marketed effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate tele sales, prospecting, or inventory generation.
- Must have worked for a real estate brokerage in Dubai.
- Proven experience cold calling property owners and generating listings.
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate communities and the secondary market.
- Experience obtaining Form A agreements is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
What We Are Not Looking For
- Lead qualifiers who only pass opportunities to brokers.
- Appointment setters without inventory-generation experience.
- Candidates with no experience sourcing property listings directly from owners.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month (based on experience)
