We're looking for an experienced, skilled and versatile Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is essential in capturing the essence of all types of properties while producing eye-catching and viral social media content.
Key Responsibilities
Videography:
- Execute professional property video tours using high end cameras and gimbals, capturing both exterior and interior aspects of properties whilst coordinating with the listing agent.
- Stage, arrange, and prepare properties for shoots, ensuring proper lighting and composition.
- Edit videos using professional softwares like (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc) incorporating dynamic transitions, color correction, and text effects according to the company brand guidelines.
- Create striking and modern social media content, including Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos, representing the company, agents, areas of Dubai and properties.
- Ability to create engaging and viral video editing for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Photography:
- Execute professional property photography.
- Edit photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and HDR techniques, ensuring top-quality output with branding elements such as watermarks and logos.
- Capture employee portraits and office/company engagement activities.
Content Production & Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency and creativity across all platforms.
- Create versatile content for websites, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive media library for easy access and team use.
- Ensure efficient workflow by managing shoots and editing timelines effectively.
- Proficiency is very important ensure tasks are completed within the time frames designated.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Real Estate Photography & Videography.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) and others (Premier/Final Cut Pro/ Davinci).
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging and viral content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to incorporate 3D video or CGI into projects is an advantage.
- Experience using a drone camera or desire to learn is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Drivers license required, access to own vehicle would be an advantage.
