We're looking for a B2B Experiential Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver how creative ads show up across the APAC region. You'll report into the Experiential Marketing Lead based in Austin, and work in close collaboration with cross-functional partners across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of experiential programs for impactful ads across APAC
- Lead logistics, vendor management, run-of-show development, and onsite execution for in-market events
- Collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, brand, and product teams to align experiential programs with business priorities
- Contribute to creative development, briefing agency partners and internal teams with clarity and purpose
- Support the evaluation and measurement of experiential efforts-gather insights, track success metrics and recommend improvements
- Manage timelines, budgets, contracts, and internal comms with precision and care
- Be a cultural translator - ensuring ads created shows up consistently across markets while allowing for local nuance and innovation
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential production, or B2B brand experience, ideally in tech, media, or creative industries.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end planning and execution of integrated events - ranging from global activations and thought leadership forums to bespoke client experiences
- Experience developing and executing events that support commercial outcomes and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Strong operational skillset - able to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, contracts, and logistics with precision
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities across programs and regions
- Confident collaborating across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, creative, product, and legal
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building within evolving systems, tools, and workflows
- Deep appreciation for storytelling, craft, and high-touch experiences that connect on a human level and reflect the brand's standards
- Experience in working across time zones and geographies cultural sensitivity and adaptability are a must
- Willingness and ability to travel to support key events and on-site delivery
