Business Analyst who will gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into clear software specifications, and work with development teams to ensure solutions meet organizational standards and project objectives.
- Bridge business stakeholders and development teams to translate needs into clear, testable software requirements.
- Gather and analyze requirements through workshops, interviews, and process mapping.
- Prepare BRDs, Functional Specs, and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
- Define use cases, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams to describe system behavior.
- Work with developers and testers to validate requirements and ensure proper implementation.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to align functionality with user experience.
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and managing feedback.
- Ensure requirements comply with organizational standards and DGA guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a BA in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its implications on project delivery.
- Skilled in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for managing requirements.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience in enterprise software projects is preferred.
- Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, and system analysis.
