Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Expert in Business Excellence, located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. Lead operational and business excellence by improving work practices, performance standards, and quality governance to achieve global best-practice maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Business Excellence strategy aligned with international frameworks (EFQM, ISO)
- Oversee enterprise-wide implementation of excellence models, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own governance, compliance, and certification of all ISO standards
- Establish and manage a centralized Quality Management System and service quality frameworks
- Lead excellence assessments, certifications, and external recognitions
- Drive data-led performance reviews, benchmarking, and maturity assessments
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Excellence, Quality, or related domains
- Lean Green Belt (minimum requirement)
- Six Sigma, ISO, EFQM, or related quality certifications
- Auditor accreditation preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and change leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
