About Our Client
We are looking for an Expert Consultant for our client in Cairo/Egypt.
Responsibilities
- The role will lead and facilitate a company-wide operating model, HRSS, governance, and process development program, working closely with affiliate leadership to co-create a future-ready, scalable, and pragmatic way of working.
- The consultant will act as a neutral enabler and integrator, ensuring alignment between strategy, structure, governance, and execution
- Define and support service agreements, affiliate models, and governance structures
Qualifications
- Consultant-style profile with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Ability to work on initial implementation and operational setup
- Local experience is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in operating models
- Direct exposure to multi-country, matrix organisations
- Past experience in creating Sharing Service center for mid/large organizations
