Requirements:
At least 15 years of HR Rewards experience, with a strong background in total rewards, compensation strategy, and benefits management
Experience working in large-scale and/or complex organisations, with a track record of driving large-scale compensation and benefits strategies
Strategic leadership experience, with the ability to align rewards programs with long-term business objectives
Expertise in executive compensation, including knowledge of long-term incentives and regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to analyse market trends and compensation data, providing insights to drive competitive and fair rewards strategies
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and HR teams
Advanced knowledge of compensation tools, HR analytics, and digital transformation in HR rewards
