We are seeking a highly skilled Saudi Expert Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is critical to our network internalization journey, transitioning from outsourced operations to full in-house ownership.
The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise across enterprise networking, network security, and hybrid/cloud environments, with strong exposure to AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, enterprise-grade network infrastructure.
- Lead the transition from outsourced network operations to internal ownership.
- Define and enforce network standards, documentation, processes, and change management procedures.
- Ensure proper network segmentation, access control, and security policies in line with best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud environments.
- Administer and manage network and security devices, including:
- Firewalls: Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, FortiGate
- Load Balancers: F5 (LTM / ASM)
- SD-WAN solutions
- Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, ArcSight, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to evaluate, deploy, and improve network technologies.
- Support and contribute to hybrid and cloud networking initiatives across AWS, GCP, or OCI.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in network engineering and administration.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Enterprise routing & switching (Cisco, Juniper)
- Firewall administration (Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA)
- SD-WAN deployment and management
- Load balancing (F5 LTM / ASM)
- Network monitoring and advanced troubleshooting
- Experience working in large enterprise or government environments.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and Zero Trust architecture.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Professional certifications such as:
- Palo Alto: ACE / PCNSA / PCNSE
- Cisco: CCNA / CCNP (Routing & Switching / Security)
- Juniper: JNCIA / JNCIS
- Fortinet NSE certifications
- Cloud certifications or strong experience in:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
- Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect (Professional)
- Cloud Networking certifications
- Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud architectures, VPCs, cloud firewalls, and cloud-native monitoring tools.
