Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Expert Outreach & Research Specialist to identify, contact, and onboard qualified industry experts for paid research interviews. This role involves high-volume outreach, professional communication, and accurate research tracking to meet daily call and credit targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to industry professionals
Identify and qualify experts across various sectors
Explain research projects and secure expert participation
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and credits
Meet daily outreach, call, and credit targets
Collaborate with the research team to support ongoing projects
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Comfortable with high-volume calling and outreach
Basic research and data-tracking skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Previous experience in sales, outreach, recruitment, or research is an advantage
Compensation & Schedule
Working hours:
MondayFriday: 9 hours per day (between 8am10pm)
Sunday: 4.5 hours
Saturday: OFF
Pay Structure:
Base pay: $300/month (meeting hours, call targets, and credit targets)
Base pay drops to $200/month if credits are under 20
Commission: $10 per credit, paid in addition to base pay
Payment made monthly via bank transfer
