The Export Logistics Manager is responsible for leading and managing all export logistics operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and fully compliant shipment of goods to international markets. The role focuses on frozen food and agro-industrial exports, overseeing export documentation, customs clearance, shipping coordination, and logistics strategy. The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership capability, and hands-on coordination with Egyptian authorities, shipping lines, and internal departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and manage export logistics strategy aligned with sales and production plans.
- Ensure cost-effective, timely delivery to international markets.
- Oversee booking, scheduling, and coordination with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Ensure optimal container utilization and route planning.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian customs and export regulations.
- Supervise export clearance and inspections.
- Lead and supervise export logistics teams.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Factory, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Monitor logistics costs and performance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management
REQUIREMENTS- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Maritime Studies.
- Minimum 1012 years of experience in export logistics, international shipping, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience handling food exports (preferably frozen food or agro-industrial products).
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- oEgyptian Customs Authority
- oExport Control Authority (GOEIC)
- oShipping lines, freight forwarders, and ports
- Experience dealing with EU, GCC, UK, and African markets is required.
