Role Description

n experienced Export Operations professional with a strong background in MENA healthcare and medical devices. Key qualifications include:

- Hands-on knowledge of MOH, MOFA, LC/BC, Strategic Goods, and compliance documentation.

- Experience in shipment documentation, customs coordination, LC/BC handling, and end-to-end export tracking.

- Proven experience working with forwarders, customs authorities, and chambers across the MENA region.

Qualifications

• Experience in export operations, documentation, and logistics management
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs clearance procedures, and freight forwarding
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Customer service skills, including professional communication and issue resolution
• Proficiency in logistics software tools and general computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Relevant educational background such as a degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• Prior work experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
