Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October for an Export Sales Coordinator. The Export Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating with international clients, ensuring compliance with export regulations, handling shipping logistics, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role includes liaising with shipping and logistics providers and supporting the sales team in achieving export goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Export Documentation and Export operations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Ocean freight and shipping processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, International Trade, or a related field
