Export Sales

Job Summary:

The Export Sales will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our footprint in the international food market. This position is instrumental in managing export documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations, ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve export targets in the food industry.
  • Manage and facilitate the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitor activity.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international clients to maximize profit margins.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on export activities and market trends for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation and international shipping regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
