Our client, a leading FMCG organisation in Dubai, is seeking an Export Sales Manager to drive international sales growth and strengthen its presence in European markets.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies, managing international customers and distributors, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strong market execution and sustainable sales performance.

You will also play a key role in expanding the export business, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving growth across international markets.

• 8+ years of experience in export sales within FMCG
• Proven experience managing exports across European markets is a must
• Strong experience managing distributors and international customers
• Proven track record of developing and growing export markets
• Strong understanding of international route-to-market and distributor management
• Experience identifying new market opportunities and driving sales growth
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
