Job Description Export Sales Manager (US & China Markets)

Position Overview

The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales operations across the US and China markets. This role involves driving international business growth, developing strong customer relationships, and coordinating end-to-end export activities while ensuring full compliance with global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies specifically for the US and China markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing structures, and sales contracts.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and market expansion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the US and China.
  • Coordinate regular follow-ups, address commercial queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Export Operations & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end export processes, including order handling, documentation, and shipment coordination.
  • Work closely with logistics, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards for both markets.
