Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Specialist to expand our international market presence and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow export sales in assigned international markets in line with company strategy.
  • Achieve assigned export sales targets (revenue, volume, and margin) as approved by management.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, agents, and key accounts in target countries.
  • Prepare and negotiate export quotations, pricing structures, payment terms, and Incoterms to ensure profitability.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners.
  • Coordinate internally with production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure commitments to customers are commercially feasible.
  • Follow up on collections and ensure healthy cash flow from export accounts.
  • Prepare periodic export sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Support participation in international tenders and commercial agreements.
  • Represent the company in export exhibitions, trade missions, and international meetings when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in civil engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3:5 years of experience in Export sales, preferably in construction chemicals or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
